Introduction
Start and finish at the gate at the bottom of Cat Lane near Rose Cottage.
This is a hilly 5k – in fact if it was a Parkrun it would be the second steepest in the country.
With an easy half mile start, beautiful views of the woods and a flat and downhill finish everyone will love it.

50 points for fastest time. Everyone else gets a percentage – if the winning time is 1 hour and you take 2 hours, you get 25 points. Plus a 5 point bonus for collecting some rubbish either on a recce or the race
